WELCOME TO
EDGEHILL UNITED METHODIST CHURCH!
We gather together each Sunday for one collective worship service and Sunday School class following. Our Worship Service is at 9:30a-10:30a. Our Sunday School meets at 10:45a-11:45a.
We are Creation-centered, justice-oriented congregation called to transcend the institutional church, while building bridges because everyone has a place at the table.
We fulfill this mission through:
- Reaching out and welcoming all persons as they are, in the name of Jesus Christ.
- Nurturing one another in our relationship with God, Creation, and each other in the Christian faith and life.
- Going out as agents of God’s transforming love to make our neighborhood and the world a place of greater justice and compassion.
- Practicing Sound Environmental Stewardship while advocating for climate friendly policy making.
- Standing against Racism while learning to be more effective in taking Anti-Racist actions in Nashville and beyond.
- Serving and Empowering low-income families living in our neighborhood through empowerment and education.
