February 2012: Paths to Quality, Level 2 Provider
We are pleased and excited to announce that WCM has achieved a Level 2 Paths to QUALITY™ rating. Paths to QUALITY is Indiana’s voluntary quality rating and improvement system. We have been working to make quality improvements within our program and are proud of our achievements. This rating means we have successfully met Indiana’s requirements for creating an environment that supports children’s learning. In order to reach Level 2 we have demonstrated the commitment to improve program quality by: creating an environment that promotes learning; participating in ongoing training and professional development of our staff; consistent daily schedules and planned activities, including reading and literacy; increasing communication with families, including an annual family conference. You can be confident that as a Paths to QUALITY Level 2 program, we will be meeting the State’s standards for health and safety.
